well do you like it or enjoy it. so far ive made myself say fayetteville isnt that bad. but damn now that im getting out i cant help but tell my self this place has been nothing but shit the entire time ive been here. the people are assholes and the place has nothing to do plus you get workers who tell you things do get paid for by their company and lie so you waste your money and then still get fucked when you think they are going to back you up. so do you hate your or love it? and i am out of here in 2 weeks which isnt soon enough.

"The grass is always greener". I'm sure you have heard the phrase, and as you will soon learn, it's the same dirt patch of crabgrass no matter where you go.

sorry your icon says it all. this place has been so ingraned in my brain for wanting to get out for the past 10 years. i could never dislike any other place like i have for this. ever living in the ghetto in arkansas wasnt this bad. which had a population of 10,000 people and no bus system. grandparents live in a town like like that and stiull both sound better than here.

I'm comfy here in this little prehistoric town. Nothing here but farm animals and lakes for 20 miles.

im stuck ina concrete jungle for now...but ill tell you what i miss

lakes , lack of people , abundance of animals, clean water , turtles cruisin around by the 100s in creeks, cheap beer, daily gunshots during deer season, fish you can eat when you catch em.

i live in what i call a practice city. it's the city that you live in to get prepared to live in the real city and i was born and raised here.

our crime rate is in the top 5 for the state. most visitors perceive the entire city as a ghetto, but really it's just a few key areas that you want to avoid. i happen to live smack in the middle of one of them, and yes i hate the shit out of it.

all i hear is loud music, fights, car horns, u-haul trucks and sirens at all hours of the day and night. the children are not at all behaved and there's about 1000 of them always travelling in packs. dogs are never leashed and no one picks up their dog's shit. the cops only come if there's gunshots and animal control won't come near this neighborhood. everyone here is loud and disrespectful. there's trash everywhere.

winter is the only time i get any peace because the windows are closed. the buildings are so crammed together that there's no privacy when the windows are open. i heard so much sex last summer it's not even funny.

the plus side is everyone minds their own business. it's a good place to grow herb. who's going to notice me hauling a bag of dirt in the house when there's 4 crack deals going on? i haul my dirt after dark anyway.

i buy my crack after dark for the same reasons, lol.. i kid, i kid...

i live on the east coast in one of the most congested state per capita in the country, meaning it's small here and people are plenty... it was an ok area growing up, but it's getting worse the older i get.. the gangsters are slowly moving out of the cities and finding their way to our smaller towns slowly but surely... i'd hate to be a kid around these parts in todays times that's for sure..
