Random yellow spot on leaf? (PIC)

At first I thought: Well there's only one leaf that has this yellow spot all the rest of the leaves look perfectly healthy. But it has kind of gotten bigger and I am beginning to worry a little. If anyone can help me analyze this it'd be much appreciated.

IMO Your leaves are too close to the medium. I always give them a good stretch from seed because when you water you might burn the leaves with full strength nute solution accidentally poured on the lower leaves. So I'd say that was it.

he is saying its to close to the soil and that you might have hit the leaf with your nutrient solution causing the burn.

soil= medium the term is for whatever you are growing the plant in,soil, rockwool etc.
