The best and only way I can answer that question is to suggest that you read, study, plan, and act. Before you buy a thing or germinate a seed. There is hours of information to read and plenty of good people to help here at RIU. Too ask such a vague question is a beacon of light saying you want too learn but you don't know enough to ask the right questions. Please click the link in my signature. It depends on so many other factors other than your light, thus making this question impossible to answer. If we were to use 125W CFL only as a guidline, then you probably wont get much.
An experienced grower can pull a gram per what of light, with HID and plenty of experience, but that's obviously not your case.
You should keep in mind that when the plant grows and get taller 125W CFL will barely be giving enough light to illuminate the entire plant adequately, this will result in a lot of fluff and under formed buds on the middle and lower branches and be a hit to your final yield.
Plan ahead and anticipate the plant's need from seed to harvest, otherwise you will spend your 4 months of growing tackling problems you are unprepared for and can easily lose your grow. So this is why it's important to do your research thoroughly and well before even thinking of starting.

Yield: Well it wont be pretty, I posed a question earlier today to my wife: "Why would someone grow just a plant" stating that all that energy and effort for maybe 10-15grms, I would wait until I could do a bit larger grow. That said if you grow 1 and grow it right you'll be much satisfied...
Be picky on genetics... look for "Short to Short/Medium" plants... indica's or autoflowers!!
My best advice: If you have to ask basic questions, you're not ready!!!! I popped my first beans in 2001, at that time I probably had 100 hours of book knowledge ready and re-reading everything I could get my hands on until I could finally grow. Things came to an abrupt stop on my 2nd harvest and it took almost 10 years (and being legal) to grow again.... and again I logged 100 hours prior to starting my first seeds.
I use this forum as a form of checks and balances, I typically know my answer or have a strong opinion when I post a question, often I learn something or learn an alternative. Sometimes I learn I already knew the answer *pat on back*... bottom line you can't walk the walk, but by doing your research you can talk the talk, even having never grown!!

i think to answer your question as a vague and quite possibly extreme and averagely composition of variables... jk
you need 3 more of those cfl's one on top and 3 to surround the sides in a triangular formation during its vegetative stage then on through flowering...
and keep them close with LOW heat... keep them close and cool to get the most out of them so you can drool...
make the lights to where it fits the plant like a hat... where it rests comfortably close and above and around the plant...
if you add the other cfl's in there you might get away with an ounce... otherwise if you only stick with the one cfl you have now you will not have enough light penetration through the canopy of your plant and will get a big flower on the very most top but not all the way through...
providing you know how to feed and take care of a plant in all of its stages and utilize your light in the most efficient manner then...
its pretty simple

Great answer. It's nice to see people give good advice and not just chop every beginner off at the knees. My brother did a CFL grow just like you described and he yielded just a shave over an ounce.
