I weighed in because I got a "guns are bad" vibe from your post. I disagree, and I lament the successful demonization of the gun by the wardens of our culture. I dislike war and I dislike violence. But I will not quietly roll over for those whose agenda is social control dressed up as compassion. That describes the gun control faction in the USA and probably elsewhere. I am not saying this about/at you so much as about the folks who uncritically swallow the gun control fairy tale. cn

no i have been around guns my whole life,ive hunted for over 25 years.killed many animals,im no peta member or anything,i guess hand guns just scare me.
i just looked up a statistic and see that texas actually has a fairly low murder rate and guns are totally legal so im wrong on this one....

i don't know how reasonable of a suggestion this is since you are a woman and possibly a bit more fearful than i might be in this situation, can you just talk to the guy?
something along the lines of, "i'm sure you're a swell guy but when you say stuff like that it creeps me the fuck out."
maybe he has a story that goes with his point of view that would make him seem less creepy. or maybe he will reveal himself as so creepy that he gets fired.
if it's already been brought up to him and he doesn't comply or even acknowledge it he should be dealt with by management. what kind of person runs a place where creepy people are allowed to make the employees feel weird?

Apart from his appearance and email signatures, what is creepy about him? Does he say creepy stuff? He's probably socially retarded to the max and comes off as a tad sketchy even when he's trying to make friends. But this could also mean that he's relatively smart and a possible asset.
Relax and ignore him or treat him like you would anyone else and see if he loosens up a little.

He is clearly a threat to your survival. Time it so the two of you are there alone, crack him in the back of his skull with a fire axe and stuff him in the buildings boiler.
By doing so you will not only be saving your life, but the lives of maybe 10 or 20 other females who fall prey to what is certainly a serial killer in training ....... or maybe just a harmless odd guy.

So Texas is allegedly bad for carrying out the duties of it's legal/judicial system, that are fully in line with all federal laws and are Constitutional?
Google some of those poor victims that died at the hands of The State of Texas. The arrest/conviction records of some of them reads like a demons resume, let alone their final act of violence.
