Aren't 2700k CFL's only like $5 a pop? I mean, whats 5 bucks when it comes to a proper light spec? Dig up some change man.

LEDs can be fun if you get the right ones. Or a complete waste of money if you get low quality ones.

2700k is just a color spectrum. The wattage would more or less dictate the price, that and name brand. I bought a 12 pack of 23 watt CFLs for $22 at Home Depot. Not bad for 276 watts.
