yea they sould recover I've had plants layind down flat cuz I didn't water then for 2 nights and I watered them and now they are all back to lifeim growing hydro, my question is my timer for the water pump took a shit and let the water run all day, my plant is very limp. will my plant recover if i leave the water off fora a couple of days?

if some leaves start to look fucked.....they are gone and most likely won't come back. do NOT wait for them to perk up before resuming normal schedule.
it would help if you had pics, or a description of the setup.....grow medium, plant structure, etc. if you're in something like rockwool, coco, or something that holds water for a long time, you can let them dry for a couple days. if you're in perlite , hydroton, or the like, you're going to want to NOT let them dry out so long. maybe 24 hours....maybe. plant size is key.im growing hydro, my question is my timer for the water pump took a shit and let the water run all day, my plant is very limp. will my plant recover if i leave the water off fora a couple of days?
