Trimmers elbow

I have been noticing my right arm is getting sore, and I have been having weird nerve pain occasionally while trimming. I think trimming all the time (probably 2 plants per week) is giving me trimmers elbow.

Anyone else get sore an inflamed elbow from trimming?

i don't trim near that often but even a couple hours every 8 weeks or so makes my left shoulder and my lower back sore. after a while my eyes blur in and out.

i used to work in a machine shop and that was the only time trimming didn't make me sore. hard to be sore when you're numb 24/7.

my thumb muscle is fuck all useless if i was trimming that week

Yeah my thumb is usually the first to be a wuss. I try to switch hands every couple bowls I fill, of course my bad hand nugs look a little more half assed, but it all goes in the same bag...

Come help me trim and smoke it. I can't get rid of it fast enough. I am over my limit. I have about 35 jars full in my basement, several of them are gallon sized jars. I went from half pint mason jars, to pint, to quart, to gallon cracker jars. I need to get a 5 gallon glass jar. Or several.
