Babies wilting - very urgent transplant

Hi everybody!
Please some help.
My setup: 4x4 feet tent, 600W HPS , Temperature is about 21-26 Celsius. Seedlings are three weeks old. 10cm pots.

My babies are wilting and yellowing leafs very fast - they overgrown pots. Need to transplant urgently. Advice please couple of things:

1 - should i remove from old pots or should i just remove the bottom and stick them.
2 - how much should i water them for the first time if the pots will be around 3 Galons.
3 - very recently changed the 125W CFL to 600W HPS - might it be that they wilting also because of this - should i put them for couple of days back to CFL after transplanting?

they shouldn't be wilting and yellowing fast after 3 weeks...unless you've got them planted in thimbles...Does your soil contain nutrients? If not FEED THEM!

When transplanting just remove the old pot and put the rootball in from the old pot into new soil in the new pot and cover it up a little bit...give it a soak...and let it dry...leave it under the 600watt...make sure your soil has plenty of perlite mixed in

They began to yellow on the 20th day. I changed the lamp to 600W and feeded 1/4th dosage of canna Start fertilizer. They got much more wilted.

what medium are u growing in? how often are u watering? what size pot are they currently in? can u post a pic? i would deff go back to 125clf for now

Here are pics. The soil is Canna Seedling mix. You can see the pot beside 0.5L botle - i think it's 10cm width.
Going to shop for Bio Bizz All mix for transplant.

ah your roots are just suffocated and not drying out...easy enough to fix...when you go buy your bio bizz soil be sure to grab another bag of perlite and do a 4:1 mix of soil to perlite...and water it less and you should be fine

EDIT: Oh and you should really think of giving them more nutrients...as seedling starting soil doesn't really have much in them...if anything at all

the size of the pot is deff not causing the droopiness. massah is right they look over watered and hit it with some nutes, i wouldnt transplant until its looking nice and healthy again.

People please advice me again: i have bought this soil mix - plagron grow mix with perlite.
I'm ready to transplant. Should i do it now while they are wilted or should i wait for three days?

dont transplant until u fixed the problem. trust me there not root bound. switch to CFL and stay like that. after when u transplant keep with CFL once u see new growth then change to your stronger light

Yesterday I transplanted half of girls and didn't watered at all. Everything good so far, and maybe a little better. Those girls which left in small pots look a little bit worse. I didn't changed the lamp yet - is it necessary?

its just less shock with a lower intencity light, for example transplants outdoors are better done on overcast days. when u transplant your distrubing the roots, so there is little or no uptake or water or nuterients while it spends its time healing, caz there is not alot of photosinthesis going a strong light doesnt help, its like runninig in the sun without drinking water.

Bro , atransplant is a shock to a plant especially when not rootbound like yours. Dont transplant they will get worse, put them under the 600 about 3-4' away and blow a fan at them ,the medium is staying too wet and fucking the root system. Help the soil dry by not watering till pot light to lift ,running the fan 24/7 and the hotter 600w light. When healthy and growing then re pot.

BUDS - they were completely dry today and still look wilted. But now I have some new shit happening! look here and please help!

P.S. i mentioned page ago that couple of days ago i feeded them with 1/4 dosage of Canna Start fertilizer - that was mistake i understand?
