Yeah. I know what you mean. I started using it about 2 years ago and it was just over $15 a bag. Now the local growshop want $26-28.

Sounds like grow shops here, I thought the dude was my homeboy at a popular shop gettin over on me n tryin to act like he's giving me a deal marking the price 10 bucks on some light warrior.... ReAlly 13 dollar... Cause it's 22.99 but he says it's regularly 31.99 but he'll give it to me for 25.99... It's on there site for 22.99.... I love roots organic though.. The first And only I've used besides the light warrior for seeds...And that was toward the last grows I did, But even then I'll mix up alil RO with it.... It's the perfect dirt to have all stage long, n also a good base for super soil mixes... N dirt to start off with/keep..... don't know if I'll try ff though, shit can't try anything right now though... But yeah I agree gotta love the roots

If you go to a shop that buys RO (non 707 blend Im guessing) in any quantity of around a half pallet or more, they will make enough margin selling it at $15. Try to haggle em with another purchase or something.

I use a mix coco, peat moss and perlite.

I like having total control of nutes, once you get it down it's great. The mix has no nutritional value at all so you the grower take control. My yields and quality have both improved

For nutes I use GH Flora series, Cal Mag, and Bud Candy. I feed lightly daily w/ 1/2 strength nutes all week and then plain water on weekends. Easy to remember, my plants thrive and no burn. To say I'm happy would be an understatement

Thanks, something I will consider.

I got mine here in TX yesterday for $20/bag. Not cheap, but good mixes are worth it when they produce solid results.

and before it's even posted ..... yes they did have pest problems in production last year.... not saying much .. but it's a good soil
