In my eyes theres no such thing as too many tools, and doubles of things are fine too, I just gotta get the wife to see it my way. Because as soon as you get rid of a tool thinking you will never use it, that's when you'll need it. There are tools for everything and everytool has more uses then what it seems to, for example hammers best multitool ever if my new computer acts up I bring out my old one, beat it a few times in front of the new one and seems to run smooth lol
. But really I started with one of those cheap wally world mutli tool box with a bit of everything, just super cheap junk. Then as I saw the tools I used the most of, usually by them breaking I would then buy a good version of that tool. Garage sales and second hand stores are gold for cheap priced contractor grade power tools, that again is probaby some wife out there that made some poor chap get rid of 2 out 3 power drills, great for us tho.
