Yo Sub! I apologize for the misinformation! I was misinformed an MMC employee and was trying to be helpful. I don't see myself selling seeds any time soon and was not trying to bash you or promote anyone else. I truly appreciate your work and respect you as a person. I run a multi strain garden and I ALWAYS have a TGA strain in bloom! I hope I'm not a dick.

The Laws in Colorado are constantly being updated. I must admit I am not as up to date as I should be on the topic but my excuse is that "I have a guy that does that part for me". (Thanks to my boy MilkyTrichomes for being my legal geek) I can tell you that each patient is allowed to grow six plants with a basic Dr. recommendation. Some docs will increase your plant count if they feel you need more cannabis for your condition. Whatever your total plant count is will also determine the Docs reccomendation on how much medicine you can posess. When you grow your crop you can have HALF of your count in bloom and the other half "immature". That's basic stuff I know is accurate. Caregivers are supposed to register in some counties/cities. Caregivers can only have six assigned patients. After six patients you must apply for dispensary paperwork. That is a whole new set of fees and paperwork. The restrictions on locations for a dispensary are very tight. Dispensaries cannot produce any edibles or tinc or BHO unless they have an "Infusables" license. I believe they can make bubble hash because its not as dangerous. The biggest change that rocked the boat was a law requiring each dispensary to produce 70 percent of the buds the sell each year. The other 30 percent can only be purchased from Wholesale distributors with dispensary paperwork. How can they show where it came from? Well... MMED (Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division) requires ALL cannabis to be on camera at ALL TIMES. This means that when you pop seeds or cut a clone EACH seed/clone gets registered into a computer with a number. If the seed/clone is discarded it gets removed from inventory and must be soaked in bleach water ON CAMERA before being put into the trash. As the plants grow they are ALWAYS on camera. At harvest you have to weigh the whole plant, then trim it down... Then weigh the sticks, the leaves and the buds and put it all into a computer. The trash must be bleach soaked on camera. The trim must be checked in if not thrown out. EVERYTHING is accounted for. When cannabis leaves a location it is checked out with the computer system and MANY details are given, including delivery driver and any passengers in the vehicle. When it arrives it is checked into the computer system and put into the MMED data base.
Many smaller shops have not caught up to the requirements but the MMED is letting them build as they go. The cameras the MMED requires are not cheap. They require a shop to be FULLY covered with cameras that they can access at any time.
I hope this makes sense. I have been wrong before so please excuse me if I misunderstood something. I follow the rules I know I need to follow to stay out of trouble. I'm taking bong rips of Plush Berry and it's late. Ask away if I skipped anything!

when it comes to finding a pheno...I'm am not too concerned with plant count...

5 seeds or 10 seeds isn't that much space when they are seedlings...give a bit of 12/12, and since I am looking for females only...should be ok to keep em in clone, grow each female out and see what smell they have after cure...then cull....hopefully I have a few mothers standing from 8 5 packs.

You lost me on the plant count not being a problem, but ya - I would think you will have several mothers from 8 packs. You should have 8 anyway. lol. If you aren't happy with what you have then you can move on or get another 5 or 10 pack. That's how I am going at it.
I put my Vortex and JTR in beer cups about an hour ago. I took my twin JTR and bent the main one off to the side so that Joe C. has a chance to get big and get smoked. I was laughing to myself wondering if these pricks would charge my plant count as 2 plants. lol. I wanted to take pics and I set my memory card somewhere and I think I am gonna have to burn one to try to figure out the safe spot that I put that fucker. I had a new one in the package and I opened it and my camera isn't taking it for some reason. I don't know what I will do with it now. I'll take a pic later with my iphone if I can't find my memory card.

only 5 packs I'll be germing....sorry if I don't make sense...is really late in Australia, so am sleepy. what I meant about the plant count is, I don't care about how many seeds I have to go through to find a keeper, I just want to know how many to buy...so far I feel that 5 packs will do me fine.

There goals outreach there budgets only about 30% of all cameras actually tie into the data base as of last month.

The business that CO lost in revenue from seed sales before the regulations came down just go over seas and no ones doing without genetics these days.

Ya, CO has moratorium on dispensaries I think and many counties have banned them. CO seems like a very tough state to be able to comply with all the regulations. I swear I read somewhere that if you can buy it within 30 miles, you can't grow which seems to make sense in that CO wants the tax money. They want you to buy from shops. I know the rules are changing all the time. It seems like CO and Michigan take two steps forward, then one step back. They can't decide if the want medical or not. Also to open a shop, I think you must not have any felonies on your record and must have tax records for the last 5 years. They want people growing who have never cash cropped I guess. My question is, how do shops make any money under CO laws? It seems the laws are geared to screw over the dispensary owners and I heard the fee's they charge for a licenses are exorbitant. Oregon and New Mexico look best on paper. New Mexico and Oregon allow the most personal plants I think.
One good thing about CO is that the plants are watched for insecticides and herbicides. You'd be surprised at how many growers are using Avid all the way through.

No other place better to get high though and can see why Colorado citizens like good grass.

Even if it's on camera couldn't you just clean the bleach bottle out, put water in it before it comes into the dispensary, and then just pretend to be bleaching it on camera with bleach while it's really water??? Seems like there would be a lot of ways to get past stuff on video... the hand is quicker than the eye sort of shit :)

These laws in AZ and I'm guessing in CO now about not growing if you live close to a dispensary are BS and one of the reasons we need to just legalize a person growing for their own use for ANY reason. If the government wants to regulate me selling someone cannabis, I'm fine with that -- but don't tell me I can't grow a plant for my own personal use that's existed for most likely hundreds of thousands or millions of years (cannabinoid receptors don't develop in a few thousand years...)

I don't use you tube much so I didn't read the comments there, so I missed the drama. But this seams like a pretty good time for this question or request I guess. In the near future could be please go over anxiety for heavy smokers. I have been dealing with that shit, and would love some advice on treating it.

Come November it all wont matter any way. Personalty I don't care to make Money off what I grow. Already did my time selling. Just let Me keep me and my close family stocked up. I think the people in power here in Colorado want it that way too.

Sub, Are the seeds that are distributed by twirling hippy around CO produced at Superior Genetics? have you heard of any tendancys for Denver grown seeds to have different phenos than the ones in the UK?

The more social and the healthier I keep myself (cardio exercise) the less anxiety I experience it seems.

i like qrazy train ticture for anxiety....but it makes me a bit lazy....so i keep tweaking my recipe....i hope Sub chimes in, cause he mentioned he anxiety a number of times....Nugs

i don't have PM in my indoor, but im looking for ways to control it when i do my outdoor garden this year.

question: if im using fresh lemon juice, should i "dumb down" the ratio?? just a thought?
