With all due respect. I disagree. Just for context, I am sixty years old so I have seen a lot of changes in the world. When we were tokin up out in the hills overlooking the city when I was 17 or 18 we talked about if MJ would EVER be legal. I am now a card carrying Medical patient and every time I pass a cop while rollin dirty I smile knowing that I AM LEGAL. The Feds ask two things of you. Don't grow over 99 plants and don't sell over state lines. I can live with that. Not saying ANYTHING bad about FDD. I have very much been temted to sell across state lines myself because of the profit which is HUUUUGE when it works but if I ever do that I will do it knowing the risks. All I am saying is that from my view we have come a long long way and unless you get greedy for the most part it is all good. We still have a ways to go, that's true but current Federal laws are in my opinion and at face value generous to say the least. I like this Country and I don't think that this incident is going to shake my faith in America. For all who were silent when Bush passed the first Patriot Act and then Obama renewed it....welcome to the Brave New World.
truly scary stuff on many, many levels.
Having said all that I will say that I am a greedy person by nature myself and the only thing that has kept me from being in the same tight spot is fear and common sense and so I feel for FDD'S family and wish them well as I do for FDD himself but I am not ready to hyperventilate and call this a "POLICE STATE" or blame the feds. sure there is room to improve but I don't need freedom to sell interstate to feel all warm and fuzzy about my country..
