If that thing is only 3 feet tall, you won't be able to use HPS, that's why I suggested flipping it upright. If you are gonna keep it 3 feet in height, you are limited to T5's or cfl's and short containers.

its really cheap to. may put a cfl in each corner to help with the shadows? rotate ur plants a quarter every day. u do have to remember u prolly will still need to have that light a foot above the canopy to prevent burning. they gonna be some short plants, lst for sure.

im definitely planning on lsting them and maybe even some scrog. though id like to know my seeds are female before putting them under a screen, this time anyways.
i really would like to get 10 regular lowryders in that bitch and harvest some seeds for other grows.
thanks for the help, jon and kate!

I would put a four-foot 8-bulb T5 fixture in there. Excellent use of vertical space, and with the right mix of T5 bulbs (check the LEd without LEDs thread ) you'll do really well.
Alternatively one of the 420-watt induction lamps on a rail. cn

correct me if im wrong but it appears this set of lights emits only 20,000 lumens. that doesnt seem to be enough light for the amount of space and 10 plants in there.

if you have any more particular suggestions let me know.

well at about 5-6 inches, or 5-6 nodes, hopefully those go hand in hand, you should be able to pre sex the plant, and once u can presex it, the plant is actually ready to go into budding. then add you net and arrange. right now im budding under a t8 and 2 t12s, so that t5 is more powerful and i have some dank ass buds growing right now, the only problem with a flourecent grow is that the bud weight wont be what it would be under a hps. BUT u can have the tops about 1 inch from the bulbs cuz they dont heat up, which is good in a small area like yours. you will always have all these options, so u gotta just pick one and see how it does for u!
