vacuum packing?

I need to pack about a half pound for an extended trip and glass jars is not an option. has anyone tried vacuum packing? I,m open to ideas. Thanks

I do not see why it won't work , i would do it twice to guarantee no "stem poke" leaks....

I did it last month it will brick/compress your weed like crazy! it doesn't damage the goods just there appearance though. Try a very thin plastic container then vacuum seal that but really who gives a shit what it looks like when security is involved. I got a portable vacuum sealer and used 3 vacuum seal bags as added security.

and make sure that you don't touch the exterior of the bags with the weed and work with gloves. you don't want any smell/pollen outside. trained k9s can detect that

There are some vacuumm sealers that you could stop the vaccuum and seal it at preference while the cheaper ones don't have that option.

Vacuum sealers have options for extremes of air suction home hardware sells hp bags that have a pump and fitting on em to seal, go and reuse

[h=1]FoodSaver MealSaver Compact Vacuum Sealing System is what I use it works pretty good and you can stop it from sealing any time. I put mine in something like this

and then vacuum seal it twice (with gloves on btw) the only point of that is to keep that nice fresh sticky icky going on though.
