"Simpson oil"- really a cure all?!?!

hello, so recently(within the last 36 hrs) i heard of (for the first time ever) rick simpson and his oil. i watched most of the documentry made about it and was very impressed and surprised with what i saw but it seemed almost Too good to be true so i was kind of iffy about it. since that time i have seen many more references to it and its made me wonder even more. Has anyone here had any first hand experience of it curing cancer for them?

All I know is this. Swampy, a guy who was big in my state, had cancer and was told he had days to live. He made his own oil that was similar. He used it every day and he lived for over a decade that way until he had to spend a night in the hospital. They wouldn't let him use cannabis period. He died the following morning. I'm sure you could google his story. For him, it was doing something.

Simpson oil is hash oil, and not the best kind. He uses naptha, which is horrible to use as a solvent due to its higher boiling point and lack of purity.

I would look into QWISO, as isopropyl alcohol is a much better solvent for extracting cannabinoids, without the nasty toxicity of naptha. Organic alcohol, aka ethanol, is also a much better option compared to naptha. www.alchemicalsolutions has the best alcohol on the west coast.

My buddy Vernon Phillips is the hash king, and his story is amazing. He saved his own life with hash oil.

naptha is a great solvent

and V&MP Naptha always dries no residue

so how is naptha a bad solvent?

but again im not using it to extract hash oil now am i

exactly. thanks CB. better options include: isopropyl alcohol, ethanol, ether, butane, propane, hexane...

If it's a big MHRB run ... I use heptane/isooctane (bp in the 100º) range. I source it by a fractional distillation of Coleman fuel.

I would not use this solvent for hempwork though. Hexanes are already a bit high-boiling for my tastes ... but needs must. I don't have a stealthy source for pentane. cn

but for dmt is naptha viable solvent when hexane and others arent available yes? no?
