Growing clones outdoors?

I'm thinking this spring planting some clones on the edge of my woods. The thing is are indoor plants ok to plant outdoors? And how much maint do I have to do with an outdoor grow? I live on a 100 acre farm so no issue with people finding them. Also I know they grow around 4 feet indoors what could I might expect outdoors? I think it would be fun to try!:-P

if you clone them inside and let them root i would imagine they would be like any other plant outside, it would grow better with mother nature watching over her.

lots of people take indoor plants and put them outside. make sure you don't put them out too early, a week after the last frost in your area should be fine. in california, i start putting plants out late april to early may. you can keep putting plants out all season too. the longer the veg time, the bigger the plant gets. outdoor grows take lots of time and effort to get to the end result, but it's well worth it as outdoor can yield BIG. the best advice i can give is, stay within your means. my first year i planted 17 plants and it was a ton of work carrying the water. soooo much fun though! i think you will enjoy growing outdoors, there is a lot to be seen.:leaf::leaf::-P

I was thinking like 4 plants.. 17 would be a ton of work I would think.. How often did you water them,, I guess it would depend on mother nature also. And did you nute them or just let them go?

alot of what your asking depends on what strain you grow the amount of rain blah blah blah...plants very in needs from strain to strain..so your gana wana go with somthing that is bred to grow outdoors... Nirvanas Kaya Gold is a great ex. with Kaya you can get away with watering once a week or less...youve gotta water more as the plant grows and as it gets hootter too. an like the good lord up there ^ said you'll most def wana get the clones or seeds a good start indoors you can start em inside under cheap flouresent lights... you'll have to get some potting soil to start em in..preferable organic.... outdoor plants can get HUGE depending on the strain....some sativas can be..sounds like ur a country boy too so lets say taller then a corn stalk ive seen plants in person over 6 FT ive heard of 10 FT... indica strains usuly stay under 3 ft....and make sure u follow the common sence rules too..DONT EVER show or tell anyone about your grow..id also encurage you to geta good grow book and subscribe to high times or skunk..realy do your homework...with growing if your gana do it do it right...if ya get busted the cops wont care if its bunk ..ur stilll doin time so make it dank...an do it right damnit

my holes were super small, so they dried out fast and i had to water everyday. they were half a mile from my house and i carried 8 gallons to them everyday. i used alaska nutrients morbloom 0-10-10 and molasses for flowering. 4 plants sounds like a great idea!
