Does anyone know if they (NORML ) help their members legally if they get into trouble ?

I ask because I really need some bad . Looks like I risk 5 years probation , countless thousands in fines , 400 hours community service or 2years state jail (day for day - no good time or early release ) Fuck it's like I did something horrible the way they make it out .

Chances are you broke your state law, and federal law, so NORML wont help. They CAN help if you are looking to support *legislative change*. But beyond that, they dont get involved unless your circumstances are very wild...... What'd ya get charged with?

Waiting on full indictment . But Btween 2- 4 oz in a drugfree zone . I surfed their site repeatedly and saw no indication of them helping in this way .

Not sure how the 'drug free zone' applies with respect to *criminal* charges, you know, good do-er parents saying no drugs or there being actual laws making the charges heavier.... I dont think most folks get jail time for a QP do they? Unless you had it on a playground in 1g baggies lol..........

Maybe you can get the admins to start one for you too? No idea. But your charges don't seem as harsh as those of that dude, so maybe the RIU community will be happy to pay for your family's expenses, your bail, attorney, etc. Awesome, huh? Best of luck.

I'm not asking for that , but if they did stuff like that the site would probably start charging membership fees . The FDD thing is way worse than mine I think , it just sounds bad even though theres no charges listed for him .

You know this is just wrong , what the law does to some of us for enjoying the mj . The world is flat still in the USA . I hope he gets off on a technicality or they have to let him go for some reason .
