NH is trying again with their dispensary only bill. No caregivers can grow but you can designate one who can carry up to 2 oz. for you. The problem is that communities are scared to let dispensaries open which drives up the startup cost having to fight for approval. The only way to survive is by charging $400/z which few patients can afford then you have to worry about the feds.
The dispensary model is obsolete but it still is getting pushed for some reason.
I make jokes all the time about running for mayor in NH because lynch always vetoes the bills saying he's afraid of people growing their own Cannabis. That's why I no longer live in that state. It's sad that VT and ME have legalized for Medical and NH is still way behind the 8 ball.
NH has the lowest unemployment rate between the 3 states. And neither of the states have crime issues. Legalizing for Medical would boost economy. I say tax the hell out of it and put every last bit in the health care system. Lynch thinks otherwise.
It's sad that it even gets to this point. With Cannabis curing Cancer, and killing every virus known to man. You would think they would want Americans to live healthier
