Hi fellow growers just about to embark on another grow this.time northern lights is there any tips/wisdom growers want to share with me??

You're about to grow one of the best strains ever, I grow nothing else. They are very forgiving, I pour the nutes to them with no problems, they are more heat resistant than many, stay fairly short, yield well and I like the effect. They like to produce big tops so whether you top them or what, don't expect much from the undergrowth.

I get fem seeds from Nirvana for $7 and I have never had one fail to germinate, fail to sprout, or go hermie.

This is what old, stable genetics will do for you!

It's definitely an Indica high, but not couchlock (unless you smoke more than I do). It's heady enough that I can do things and even be productive!

You didn't say how you were growing, but in dwc hydro, I find the plants mature at 3 - 3.5 feet pretty much no matter how long you veg. So I only veg two weeks, then it's 9 weeks of 12/12 almost like clockwork. If something slows growth in the middle it might take 10. So figure a week from seed to veg and 13 weeks will do it easily.
