Ok maybe it's just me but I really don't see how this post helps fdd. No, it isn't evidence per se, but cripes.

He was not just growing but selling..... not just to cali, but several states. these are risks that come with these activies. When i read that he had no funds to secure a lawyer it was even more depressing.

If he has been this type of player for so long you would think that there would be piles of cash everywhere. But FDD personality wasnt solely for profit, but he gave up a good welding job in 2005-2006 and his life has almost solely revolved around the sale a marking of products associated with pot.

While most users on this site see no harm in this "drug" or simply a plant, our goverment feels differently.

based solely on his content left on this site he would be facing a very long stay at club FED.
The FBI surely got involved for the interstate drug trafficing.

i am sure there are dozens of paypal transactions for various things also. He has depicted pictures of toys, boats, cars bud, has pipes, and purchased bud.

You betcha they took his cameras, computers, and other belongings. You will not see a bond for FDD. You will not see FDD for a long time. reguardless of him showing up to a sale without bud, they allready had what they needed.

Fdd always said he's the guy he always wanted to be.
this is the negative side of that lifestyle.

I too went thru this same type of trouble years back but came out with a couple of months as the feds had little evidence to secure a conviction. But they destroyed my life and family.
Then after all this they files a civil suit for my children. it took 3 years to put this all in the past.

FDD is in a would of hurt, and his life will for ever be changed.
being a older man you can almost count on the fact they will take 10-15 years from his life MINIMUM.

there is nothing you can do to help the man...... Just try to learn from his mistakes/misfortune

I have black tape over every camera on my laptops . I always have my phone one facing down,,, Hell yea They can hack into your computer and watch what your doing ..

Sorry to burst your assumption bubbles again, but they did not take his computer. They didn't even look at it. They did take his phone however, but they didn't search his house, only his garage.

So to recap, fdd is in Pekin, Illinois, a suburb of Peoria. He still has not seen a judge, or been allowed to speak to a lawyer.

Only a few people have donated to his expenses, but it's early in our campaign. His wife says that fdd loves to hear the words of support from us, so even if you cannot send some cash, a note of support will perk him up.

Thanks potroast, I'll be raising money for them at the BBQ.
But that's just bazar they didn't search his house. He could have a mil in cash & an AK47 inside!
This sounds more like outstanding warrants, by the minute.

No they dont always take them. They came in and got mine as an after thought, and disconnected and left all the incriminating stuff stored on my external!!! Morons!!

They orgasms/masturbation tax bill was defeated in the house. It was sent back for revision so as to exclude all the jerking off in Washington. If they ever did start a jerkoff tax, congress would pay off the national debt in less than 6 months!!

Can't we write or call somewhere to put pressure on someone that will help this guy ? I'm just asking . A bunch of people did that for me by writing , calling and visiting the US Senator from my district and I know that helped me a lot . Finally someone even came to see me from His office and spent a couple of hours checking on the facility where I was making sure I was ok . They talked with me and got us a lot better food and treatment . I was like a celebrity in there after that , because we got ice cream for dessert and better food . In the supermax . They were like who did you contact ? It wasnt me at all it was my activist friends who made a difference . Food for thought - especially for those who know him and care about how he is treated .
