There is a BIG difference between killing a tumor in a test tube with a direct chemical applied to it, and eradicating a cancer in a living human being when administered as a drug.
this was apparantly an american college that did the research, was in the papers here awhile back, lol, knowing the media, might be bullshit though 
but, yeah, its quite a different thing applying thc directly inside the body instead of outside for tumors.
but to make the oil, takes quite a bit of cannabis, has anyone with cancer tried eating Alot of cannabis edibles

There are plenty of places in the world where the US Federal gov't can't control what people do, and there are plenty of jurisdictions where cannabis is tolerated (eg Spain, Netherlands, etc). So why hasn't a cancer "cure" popped up in one of THOSE places?
dunno, are there are any spaniards or amsterdams around? to answer that question? maybe they just never thought of trying lol
and maybe its all bullshit and marijuana just amazingly good for making people feel good (if there are no shitty people around to make them paranoid)
In fact, there are plenty of such places WITHIN THE USA where the Federal gov't can't control what people do. For example, Medical MJ happens to be legal in CA, and the law there states that patients can have as much of it as they reasonably need to treat their disease, if so authorized by their doctor. CA also happens to be the most populous state in the USA, and there are no shortage of cancer patients in the State of CA.
well, doesnt much matter, cannabis is allready amazing medicine in my book and im in no position to test if this is true, or not, but plenty people are and i suppose cancer is good enough reason for people to try it, so we should see quite soon if this is bogus or not, still amazing medicine for cancer people, specially if they partake in the russian roullette of chemo therapy.
So, I ask you this. . .if cannabis extract can actually CURE CANCER, then where are the hundreds or thousands of "miracle cure" cancer patients in CA screaming from every rooftop about how cannabis cured their incurable cancers? Where are these people? Why hasn't this been documented in every CA medical journal, on "Dr. Oz", on "Weed Wars", etc, etc?

Even if you believe on-their-face ridiculous conspiracy theories about drug companies suppressing cannabis research because it will eat into their profits, do you really believe that every physician in the State of CA is ALSO a part of this conspiracy?
In other words, there are NO oncologists or other doctors in CA who would give their sick and dying cancer patients cannabis extract to cure their cancers. . .even though we know that at least some of these same doctors are more than happy to prescribe medical cannabis to alleviate their cancer symptoms?
