This can't be a "one and done" event. I'm in favor of the "invite only" due to the recent happenings with FDD and KMK. It's jj's call, I'm there wherever it goes.
Like Mountain Garden says....a lot can happen in two months...

Same players different crap. Most of it's in the CA section but with all the shit slinging going on I am going nowhere near a meeting with any of them. Trust issues (call it my tinfoil hat if you will) I just have been getting a bad vibe about the BBQ with many of the same crew possibly heading out for the event. I have a season and a wedding to plan for and as much as I would LOVE to meet most of you, the few that I am leery of aren't worth coming out of my comfort zone to attend.

I will just stick to one on one meetings from here on out. I have met some awesome people so far! :D

I am not calling anyone out or perpetuating the drama... But rather giving my explanation here so I can save myself the PM's later. :)

damn I musta missed somethin' (thank God) cause I havn't seen any new drama lately. What's the "CA" section? I want to stay away from there. Oh well, I'll see whoever is there, and the ones that aren't, I won't.
Drama really is not that hard to ignore! If it does try drag you in, just walk away. I'm getting good at living a stress free life......ignoring people is a HUGE part of it hahaha....

For me ignoring it is not attending the BBQ. I cannot ignore the fact that there are a few people that could be in attendance that have displayed childish tendencies online. Those tendencies to me, translate to a huge RED FLAG in a real life situation. While I may be over reacting it's my gut feeling to not go.

I'm planning to show up if only for a few hours, don't think I'll pack the RV for this one but who knows? Hey Wheez, think their talking bout the medical marijuana forum California section? Checked it out this morning for the first time and WOW.

Drama is for high school, were all supposed to be adults, and I hope those are the folks I meet at the BBQ........and Im sure anyone who causes drama will be noticed and removed, sounds fine by me and wont stop me from enjoying like minded folks and some good grub!!!

Thanks for the warning, that's an area I don't frequent so that's why I missed it all. I'll definitly stay away from that area.
OK, Now, about this causing drama at the BBQ problem. I'm only gonna tell you all this one time. I'm gonna be the bouncer at this gig, and those of you who met me know how huge and mean lookin I am, and I know you don't want me to kick your ass, so you better behave or else!!
