Favorable | Unfavorable | |
N. Gingrich | 25% | 63% |
R. Paul | 42% | 36% |
M. Romney | 34% | 54% |
R. Santorum | 32% | 38% |
just for the record, that poll is an outlier with respect to ron paul's favorability rating, which is actually 10% net negative using an average of all polls (including that one).Favorability Ratings for Republican Presidential Candidates

According to CNN's National favorablity poll February 10-13, 2012.
These are good numbers, but this is just a favorability poll.
EDIT: BTW How the fuck did santorum win three states? This guy has so many negatives.
I would like to add that Gingrich and Romney's dislikes are high since they have been viciously pummeling each other. Nobody is paying any attention to Ron Paul and his disapproval is pretty damn high taking that into account.just for the record, that poll is an outlier with respect to ron paul's favorability rating, which is actually 10% net negative using an average of all polls (including that one).

santorum just sat back in florida and watched them duke it out, well played.I would like to add that Gingrich and Romney's dislikes are high since they have been viciously pummeling each other. watch out for him. this could be barry goldwater, version 2.0 in the form of santorum.
Santorum has absolutely no resemblance to Barry Goldwater, not physically, not intellectually, not policy wise.santorum just sat back in florida and watched them duke it out, well played.

that's why it is version 2.0, but still the same spirit of going outside what the party mainstreamers would want and towards an ultra-conservative.Santorum has absolutely no resemblance to Barry Goldwater, not physically, not intellectually, not policy wise.
doubtful.Once the smoke clears and they get their message in line his numbers will take a hit.
Goldwater hated the social conservatives. He was conservative fiscally, and pretty darn liberal socially. I wish he were alive and running in this election.that's why it is version 2.0, but still the same spirit of going outside what the party mainstreamers would want and towards an ultra-conservative.
that's true, he had a libertarian streak in him as well.Goldwater hated the social conservatives. He was conservative fiscally, and pretty darn liberal socially. I wish he were alive and running in this election.
What Obama message is that? "Watch me tank this mutha!"?doubtful.
with all the carrying on about contraception (of all things), i can't see any clear message coming out of the right, whereas obama has been building up a very clear one for some time now.
What Obama message is that? "Watch me tank this mutha!"?
bla bla blaObama did none of those things. The DJIA is a very poor analogy for the overall economy, besides it is the central bank who made that happen, certainly not Obama. 3.7 million jobs created, 20 million lost.
Love the GDP growth rate chart, its easy to make that as big as you want, every dollar the government borrows and spends becomes part of the GDP. Hell you could show 200% growth in GDP with 100% unemployment and the US Government borrowing 150 Trillion from The Fed for a single year. You don't even need an economy to show GDP growth.
If you want more income equality then learn how to make more money, don't expect someone to hand it to you. Raising the min wage will only cause dollar devaluation and more unemployment.bla bla bla
you don't really get to use that "watch me tank this mutha" nonsense when a clear recovery is evident. that was my point.
nothing to say about income inequality? my prediction is that you'll go to some weird logical conclusion that because i say "income inequality", i must want a brain surgeon to make as much as a garbage man. ya know, that's generally your style.
While I understand your argument that Obama is centralized on income inequality, you have to see the smoke in mirrors with him. Inflation caused by spending coupled with causing deficits to programs like social security? The guy is bankrupting the lower classes without them knowing it. He is creating a bottom class that is totally dependent on the government one step at a time.bla bla bla
