Do Growers Have House Keepers/maid service?

If You have a healthy wife available (not a situation like Carne's, obviously) shouldn't need to have a housekeeper. But I guess if you can afford a luxury like that... And it gives someone a job. I guess some people have busy lives too.

I wouldn't mind being a grower's housekeeper. I can make snacks and clean and trim and be an assistant or whatever else. I get to feel wifey and be a help in someone's life and the money would just be a bonus.

If you don't want someone to talk, just hire a stoner.

We really didnt have a choice weather to hire house keepers & landscapers, due to circumstances I had to,ive had multiple back surgerys that have left me pretty beat up,our yard is just shy of 3 acres with alot of fencing & flower gardens to weed whack around & I just dont have enough strength to do it any longer.

We also have a bunch of flower gardens around the yard that my wife tended to until her illness forced her to stop working in her gardens,i could save quite a bit of money if I had the landscapers chop the gardens down or mow them down but they are so nice to look at,plus when im out in her gardens she loved so much it reminds me of how beautiful she was when I would come home from work & see her tending her flowers,i miss watching her pull her little wagon loaded up with her silly little tools around her garden so much.

The inside house work also stopped when my wifes remissions got further apart & the disease took more & more of her away from me,my wife kept our home spotless for the entire 35 years we've been married ,even when she was having a hard time from the neuropathy she wanted to keep the place ,i had to forbid her to clean house anymore so she wouldnt hurt herself so thats how we ended up paying for house cleaning, she hated the idea at 1st but as her illness took hold of her & the dimensa got worse she remembered less & less about the little stuff,we tell her the housekeeper ( Ann ) is one of her friends.

She still talks about what she needs to do around the house but a few minutes later her mind will wander & she is on to something else.

The expensive ass in home health care costs I pay every month could be cut way down, our health insurance covers 100% if I put her in a convelescent home but only 70% of in home nursing, fucking greedy asshole insurance pricks wont let me buy a different in home policy because its an existing condition,i hope they all rott in hell for putting profit above the quality of her life.

Our insurance bills are so high the insurance company makes us use a " case manager " they provide supposedly to help me make decisions on my wifes care, when my wife had her last relapse 2 months ago the doctors said her condition might not worsen for a year or more but it would not get better & the increased state of dimensa she is experiencing would most likely be permenant & if were lucky wont worsen any more, thats how we got stuck with that godless whore oof a caseworker we have.

Im sorry to post such gloomy things Xurio I just wanted you to know my wife isnt lazy about house work,i would gladly trade my eye sight just to see her walking around our home cleaning things, then giving me the little wink & smile she would give me after she bitched me out about how much of a slob I was.

Urca, sorry for the off topic hijack of your thread but I felt I had to post a little of my life so nobody got the wrong impression from my comments,as we all know some members here enjoy bein cruel & I didnt want anybody thinking im some rich dude who is too good to mow his own lawn,or that my beautifull wife wasnt a good housekeeper.

Im not even sure if my rambeling post is approiate or if it makes any sense at all,i havent had much sleep since we brought her home 6 weeks ago so my post edicut is questionable at best,as I read the responses to your thread I was sitting in my wifes room watching her as she sleeps as I do every night to be sure im who she see's 1st if she wakes up disoriented, afraid & unsure of her surroundings,i just felt like telling somebody how much I love my wife, this is fukin bullshit,i want my friend back.

Okay, like I said, only if you have a healthy wife... Yours clearly isn't and neither are you... Thanks for clarifying and I wish you both all the best. Bless her talking about things she needs to do. Send her our love xx

thats kind of sexist to assume a woman should or would even want to be a housekeeper.

We have a house keeper who comes 5 days a week for 3 hours a day right now, with summer on the way her hours will increase for spring cleaning.

It really isnt bad having her here once my wife got to be friends with her but at first it was hell,my wife hated having her in the home but their pals now so it feels normal.

Its quite expensive at $45 an hour but well worth it,the entire home is allways spotless & my wife dont have to get upset from seeing me do housework which she deems womans work.
$45/hour for one maid in Detroit?...those are UAW rates.

My wife does most of the maid work. I pitch in every now and then. By pitch in, I mean I play the role of the adulterous husband who bangs the maid.

I am an at least physically healthy wife and I don't clean very well...I mean I make sure we have clean clothes and dishes, and no one is going to die, but it makes OCD people fidget...I want a housekeeper.....I have a chronic and debilitating case of the lazies I guess...but it strikes women as much as men...

Yo know what...you should come be my sister wife...you can feel wifey and clean...and I would get a friend...lol. I asked my husband a while back and he said he couldn't afford another wife, but i bet if I just bring one home he'll let me keep her...I mean it worked for the pets we have..."Honey, can we get a dog?" "no"..."Hey honey here is the dog I got." "Uuuugghhhh...yes dear he's very cute"...lol.

I've offered to come work for UB and he could pay me in ounces but he won't take me up on the offer. I guess he fears for his virginity. ;)

Actually literally loled and the neighbors probably have no idea what I find so funny

I'd quite happily work for weed. My art commissions would be fine for food and travel money as I don't eat much. Rent? I will keep the place spotless instead... fair deal? Come home to fresh cooked dinners, house vacuumed, floor mopped, massage at the ready and remote specially positioned within arm's reach of your favorite chair.

I can grow my own weed thank you very much. :p I wouldn't work for another person even if it was a grand a day. I quite enjoy being self-employed. :)

The weed growing at the moment is not for me
Can't have it in my residence and cannot move out.

I like being self-employed too, I just don't consider housekeeping a job seeing as I have to do it all anyway XP
