Leaves are turning yellow and drooping

Ok so I am on two and a half weeks of flowering and I have two female plants. On one of them the leaves on bottom are turning yellow. Some in the middle have also started turning yellow. On the other the leaves are drooping and one leaf has got some yellow. I think it may be overwatering. I try to give it water every other day cause the containers are so small but the water just goes right through and drains through the holes on bottom so I don't add anymore water. The plants are in a 2x2x2 small area so I can't currently grow them any bigger. Pics 1, 2 and 6 are plant 1. Pics 3, 4, and 5 are of plant 2.

you may be outgrowing the pots or a little low on nutes
how big a pot and what,s the soil? if it drains that well, might be a little short on soil nutrition

They are in gallon containers(I think). It's the biggest size container that simply orange comes in. I used miracle grow. I know a lot of people hate miracle grow. don't know if its because of that or not. If it is nutes then what type should I be looking for. I can mostly just go to Lowe's at the moment because of limited transportation. So anything that they sell at low's would be great thanks.

is this MG Potting soil? there are a lot of MG soils, and each one has its quirks
some perfectly good grows in MG, but it often has a narrow zone where things stay good

You need bigger pots, there is not enough room for your plants to get the energy they need to survive.

yes i think it was potting soil or potting mix I can't remember what it say on bag. I know it was a 10 quart bag.

I don't think I can move them from that area though. The only other choice I have is to move them outside.

How small a container can I use and still keep them in the 2x2x2 area?

Also wondering how much time do you guys estimate I have to move them into bigger pots and does it matter that they are 2weeks into flowering

The bag is empty. I had two other plants that ended up being males so I yanked those out. They were in slightly smaller containers smaller containers.

There might be two quarts at most in each container.

OK, that's small, you've probably done well with MG in such small pots
you might be able feed with some nutes to get things straight
but i've had poor luck with pots of this size, very close to what you have, a 1 gallon jug cut down to about 2 quarts

it might be, you've started flower so you might be able to finish in a gallon
could be close call, MG is tricky, especially when you try to feed it, it has time release pellets and combining the 2 can burn plants
i do use MG, but it's their Garden Soil, no pellets and acts quite differently
