How well do they handle the cold?

cold is never the issue for them outside(MI), but the heat can be. they're in outdoor hutches oriented to block the sun from their screened door, and they fug like rabbits, babies every 45 days or so, with a break for mommies
babies never taste better than the day they stop sucking on the nipple, nor at least before puberty funks them up with hormones.
We segregate the babes for a week, and finish them off-live marinade- with apples, carrots, sugar cane. then off with their heads !!
