last week they told the chick they would let her go. she set up the deal and did it while they watched. they arrested everyone including her. they lie. it's part of the job. the DA may look at it and go for the lesser charge but you're still getting charged.

They cant make a deal with you that will hold up in court the most they could do is plea for that deal, which why would they care to do so? Only the prosecutor can do that, SO DONT BE AN IDIOT AND BELIEVE THAT SHIT. FDD ur right they lie thats part of their job.
