CLoset CFL GROW what do you think

So i'm growing 4/5ish sativa dominant plants under 5 cfls. totalling 425watts, and about 27000 lumens
2x65watt 2700k
2x105watt 2700k
1x85watt 5500k

My grow space is 5.5x5x2 and has mylar on the walls. One crossflow fan in the back always running, and I exhaust out my window.

I want to know,
1) will shrinking the space give more efective light to my plants?
2)do I have to turn/rotate my plants to make them bud evenly and not just on the light-receiving nodes?
3) how can I manage the smell on the cheap, since my closet gets hot, I HAVE to open it at least a crack.
4)When Will my male plant begin to produce pollen? I want to get some pollen off it before killing it

Currently in the flowering phase and would like any suggestions as to how to improve my setup if possible. thanks.

Looks pretty impressive to me for what you got invested. If you've got lights in between your plants then moving the plants closer together might not help if you have to move the lights around.

As far as odor control, you might try one of the small air purifiers like the one below. Maybe put one in your closet and one outside nearby. It uses 3 carbon filters, so it might take away at least some of the smell. I don't have any experience with it myself, but it's cheap and folks seem to like it.

That male is days..if not hours...from relasing pollen. I'd get it the fuck outta there.

yea this is true. The women plants don't get that stank until you are seeing buds. With the exception of a plant that was cloned from a mother that began flowering. ( But still would not have that stank)

He is the one that mentioned that he/she would like to know when to take his male plant out. It is great that you are trying to help but you cant possibly help a person if you cannot pay attention to their questions and concerns.
