the dude that made that thread I posted above dislikes clonex and I'm starting to think the same myself, I'm trying the hormex this run even though I have had some decent results with clonex liquid.

takes about 5+ days for roots it all depends on alot of different things, some strains root better than others.

i think 2 days is a bit stretching it and 5 days is pretty dam good time.

maybe you mean clonex liquid. gel washes right off in a aero cloner.
exactly the gel is not what you want to do. iv had lots fo experience with ez cloners and iv done several different ways all with good results.
first off iv done it with straight tap water no ph precautions at all i think my ph was at about 7, and 80% of 120 cuts had tons of roots after a 3-5days no additives
second iv done with RO water and the clonex liquid and 99.9-100% success rate after 3days consistently =
and then tap water with clonex liquid was almost the same 3days and 99.9% success rate occasionally one out of 120 or 200 wouldn't make it

edit: the guy above is correct certain strains do take longer to root than others i had 1 row of my cloner with one strain called 2048 and it took 2 weeks to root

thanks for all the input im using r/o water, clonex solution(liquid) not gel as mentioned about the gel just washes off also clogs the misters (some times), ph is at 5.5-6.0 i was talking to people i know personally and they said they had best results in 60-70 degrees not above 70 though, i have a 105 watt cfl hanging 3 feet above the babys, 1 on 4 off timer for my pumps and the light on a 24/7 cycle...

you need to cycle the pump if the water gets too warm . for wilt either get something that stops transpiration while rooting OR up the humidity.
