i cant really tell maybe a seasoned eye can help

gonna need more pics it looks like they are cloudy couldnt spot any amber but i looks like the heads have been broken off almost. Try and look at the trichs on the buds though not on the leaf.

I see a few ambers. If you want 30%. Hold off till you got 10% then add 1 week. I like 10% amber so I go till I see amber and 10% clear. So for me I would flush now harvest Friday in your case. But more pics are needed to give better advice. And don't just take pics of the top buds we need mids too.

In the first pic I see some amber most are cloudy. And a few clear. Maybe 1 amber in the second photo but mostly clear. If you want 30% amber go by the second photo. Maybe a week or so. The trics are folding over so that's a good sign of getting close. I see you harvesting in no more the 2 weeks. And can tell you it heavy indica with a hint of sativa. Fat head trics indica and small ones are sativa. So if you want a idea of the % take a good look and give your best estimate. I'm gonna say 80/20 max. I know you didn't ask that but I'm board so giving extra info.

like they said above, its all preference.. if you want an "up" high then harvest now.. if you want a more "couch-lock" high then wait for 10%.. i wouldnt push it to 30% because as danny and scrog said . once the trichs turn amber they are actually degrading, if you let it go too long they will start to break down and fall apart.. I actually just read the article in high times a few weeks ago. makes sense.. but in the end its all preference ..

Ok everyone he is asking about 30% amber. There might be a reason behind it. Yes there is amber it the pics. There it times I'm asked for higher THC. Mostly cloudy. Others CBD. Higher amber. And once in a great while I'm asked for CBN. Clear with some cloudy. He might not be looking to get the THC high most of you are looking for. 30% is a great CBD/THC ratio for arthritic pain/insomnia. There is a science behind it. My last batch was higher in CBD while the one befor that was THC. This one I'm going for cloudy for the THC and next I have already been ask for CBN. So knowing the make up desides the outcome.

i wait until i see 1 maybe 2 amber trichomes, then harvest. that way i know im maxed out on the cloudy ones. fuck 10% or 30% or 50%. i like a head high. i like a potent high. if i want couchlock, i just smoke more, eat more, and pass the fuck out.

i used to wait til 50% amber, 50% cloudy, but ive been really really pleased with the earlier harvesting. besides, as they dry, you will get a few more amber trichomes.

if in doubt, cut off a little nug from the bottom, stick it in a toaster oven at the lowest temp it goes for about 5 min, smoke it. if your high, then its time. let the rest of the plant dry out by hanging, add some cure time, and youll be high as shit when its ready.

Nobody said to heat it over 200 degrees. Some toaster ovens have a warm setting that is much lower than that. Personally i haven't had to quick dry. Also you seem intelligent enough.... don't get stressed over half the info you read on the internet always assume its wrong. People usually learn better from the mistakes they make anyways.

Warm setting is 160. That is so close. To if you add a tin foil sheet under it it's over 200.
