Would have to be a magnetic engine only thing i have heard. Tesla talked about "cosmic energy" (he was taling about the force that powers the universe- zero point energy), the meaning has changed since then to what we understand as cosmc energy today, so the scam artists are latching onto it and are just pushing their brand of snake-oil.

The circuit described on that page is basically a crystal radio.
You can pull a few milliwatts from radio broadcast transmissions, but that's about the limit of the "free power".

Seriously, don't you think if the technology was out there for "free" energy using such a compact system we would all have one? Solar panels are the closest we have, so deck your house with those if you want free juice.
