Now search for hash on Denver C.L. and you will find a picture of that same hash poop! It's not hard to put 2 and 2 together. (unless your name is finshaggy) Funny how the guy smart enough to legalize weed for all of Texas can't cover his own ass on the internet. Fin got his redcard, legally obtained some weed, made some crap hash, illegally sells it on C.L. with pictures that tie it to him ....all while telling us how fuckin smart he is! Well a budtender said it so it must be true. Learn the laws for yourself or you will end up getting caught up in the legal system like so many others.
Dispensaries do only have to produce 70% of what they sell, but you really think they can just buy the rest from anyone who walks in off the street with a red card? Not in Colorado, the other 30% must come from another MMC or an OPC, but those are being phased out. Really, i know the laws far better than these bud tenders you are talking to, and i truly believe we all should, how are you to know if you are breaking any laws if you don't know the laws? Remember 99% of the bud tenders make less than $10 an hour, and by your eyes that might be a lot, but when you grow up you realize that 7-11 pays about as well, and you are less likely to end up in jail. So do to this bud tenders for the most part don't know what they are talking about, in any way. If they did, they wouldn't be the bottom rung.

I smoked.And none of this matters anyways, I called some dispensaries and the one that had info told me that since I'm a caregiver, the things you guys are saying don't mean anything. I'm still a medical patient, but as a caregiver, this is my "job". And this is from people who do this all day long, and probably have a lawyer they ask about this states laws all the time.
I believe them over any of you.

I try to be polite, we were all young and stoopidish but you are seriously out of line bro. i will guarantee you that the MMED will not tollerate any sales outside of their regulatory scheme - MMC->MMC ONLY. caregivers cannot sell to a Dispensary, period. in Cali, all day long. here, no fuckin way. if the Disp in question is caught, and they will be, then they are going down. as an owner, why would you risk losing a million dollar business to skirt the rules in place? those camera systems and the tracking software is in place for a reason, it's to catch those skirting the rules.

To be fair the legalities of patient to patient sales is debatable, I don't believe the language of A20 has been tested against 1284 in a courtroom BUT we all know Finny doesnt have two dimes to rub together to afford to argue the point if it came down to it.
