So if the information in post 39 is up to date, it seems the felony disqualifications are the same as the original act.post number 34 has been updated with the latest Bills as passed on last Thursday.
What they do not say is that they have inserted language that prohibits the right of patients to engage in all aspects of medical use, to include transfer. The new language permits transfers only between a registered patient and their designated caregiver. That was not the intent of the electorate.
