thats great bro and i sure would start some for ya. ive such better luck just putting them straight in to soil rather than germing. sounds good on the big bud, im happy with the look of the plants so far. thanks man!!

bro, whats up, been a while!! bro!!!! the LSD is the bomb, you must get some!!! im smokin mine right now and just 2 hits off the bowl and im fuckin zonked!! its that good !!! real strong high and you just feel good, LoL. thanks man and let me know when you start.

its day 10 and i just been chillin smokin my rewards of the lsd, this shit is great, its probably the best bud ive smoke anywhere in a long time. the new ones are looking great, there only an inch and a half tall and they have the 4th set of leaves fixin to pop. im gonna top both at the 5th set. these should be some really nice plants, male or female. im gonna keep whatever they are, im not afraid to clean out seeds, LoL.

thanks bro, they are, LoL. when i put the seeds in the dirt, i used a couple drops of ortho up-start and when they popped, right to this feeding chart.

I'm reading through this grow journal and I have to say I'm impressed. I'm in a similar area here in Northern Cuba and had to shut down my hydro grow because my room is hitting 90', too. My first "test grow" had root rot and I didn't feel like all the work to repeat that. I'll save hydro till winter.
I may be using Jungle Growth pro like you did. I re-read the earlier posts and see you used drops of something around 10-15 days but I didn’t see where you started your nutes. Can you give me advice on when to start feeding with this soil? It does have ferts in it and I want to get close to your success. You did well!

(400watt 6" air cooled, convertable ballast - M/H and HPS bulbs - Adv Nute grow/micro/flower - Culligan water 58ppm/ 7.0 pH, adjusted to 5.8pH)

hey sb, no biggie, i just havent been on that much since the EMP hit the board, LoL. i like soil a lot better than hydro myself, its just takes less time and ive gotten better results. thats cool that you read all that and thanks!! there is a lot of info in this thread from me and all the others that have posted on it. i use ortho startup for my seeds and i go right into feeding with nutes from the time the seeds pop. its the feeding chart a few posts back. thanks again and if you have any questions, just post them here, i still get on every few days now.


not sure what day im on, havent really kept track, but its been 2 weeks of flowering on tuesday. 1's a male and the other is a female of course. im gonna just let them grow and if get all buds with seeds, fuck it. the weeds for me and i dont mind cleaning the seeds out, it will still be decent bud. i need to order a few more seeds, just havent decided what i want yet, LoL.

I like your set up sir, how exactly did you do the lighting if you have time time and how much about for fixture? If you have the time to reply.

I’m skeptical about using my Advanced Nutrients after the Jungle Growth Pro Grower’s Mix is “Enriched – Feeds up to 4 months”. I added Black Cow and Worm Castings, as well. Jungle Growth Grower’s Mix Professional 60%, Black Cow 15%, Perlite 15%, Earth Worm Castings 10%.
I’ve been looking at the Lucas Formula and wonder if I should feed at all with all this in the soil.

Fertilizing on soil is always the worse choice compared to fresh soil and sufficient root space! Don't be tempted to believe that a lot of fertilizing will give you better results. This is a myth from the agrochemical industry that wants to sell their products in huge quantities. Our environment is already suffering worldwide from the results.
Fertilizer should be used with extreme care indoor and seen only as a minor supplement to top up nutrients or to assist in cases of accidental deficiencies. In hydroponics moderate EC levels should be used instead of heroic dosages to "force" flowering. For outdoor the fertilizing must be dosaged in accordance with soil quality and the size of the plants.

I searched this site and there’s different opinions and not much of it so I’m looking at your results and your opinion counts. I want to "grow" up to be you.... :clap:

I can help a little here I think :) Its a vanity light from HD, Normally used in bathrooms. Maybe 20 bucks at most if I remember right, I'm actually using 2 in my veg cab, I think CD gave me the idea. Also Y sockets which are a couple bucks at most. Anyway I hope that helps until CD returns!!

sorry i didnt get back to ya sooner. the fixture is about $10 for the 3 bulb one at H D. i screwed a piece of wood to the top and put 2 eye hooks on the top for the chains, hope this helps.

yeah, i dont worry about the nutes already in the soil, i just start right away with my own fox farm nute juice. thank you very much!!
its been almost 4 weeks of flowering and i gave the male plant away. they were getting to big for 2 plants in the box. the female is starting to bud now and is looking good. what up everyone that is still hanging around, i'll be back in a few days again, LoL.
