Yes, incandescents are being phased out. They aren't producing them like they were once before. Just go to a home depot or lowes, etc. and see for yourself. They will never stop producing them totally because they are also used to provide heat for reptiles and for spot or flood lighting among other uses. I just meant that for average household use they are going the way of the Dodo or 35mm film.And fyi, incandescants will not be phased out either... They still play a huge role in these types of scenarios, too. They r just pushing CFL's more for residential use... But it doesn't really matter when it comes to cannabis cultivation anyways, as they are not at all suited to grow mj with...
