I was wondering how long was your flowering cycle? Did you like growing this strain? Anyone got any links to grow journals on the Critical +?

I have grown Critical 2 times. They were both single seed fems from the Attitude. The plant was identical both times. Classic Christmas tree flower structure. It smells very sugary to me. I chopped at 9 weeks you can probably cut sooner. Potency was around 7. It has nice dense flowers. Both times it was a really healthy plant. I would say the yield was average, but I really didn't put much effort into training the plants. Dinafem has some really solid gear in my opinion.

i finished two critical +s around xmas.
serious dense nugs, heavy producer (long veg). topped multiple times. cold temps gave me every color of the rainbow. healthy plants requiered little attention
hashy, oily musky smell. not my favorite tasting or smelling but is some damn good medicine

Old thread, I know...
I've been growing Critical + the past two years...have two phenos...one is a tall, lanky sativa pheno, the other is much more of an indica pheno. Sativa pheno gives off more of a piney scent, indica pheno gives off more of fruity scent during flowering. Both are good yielders and I will typically get 2 ozs off a plant that was flowered at 24 ", however I just harvested one that gave me 103 grams...almost 4 ounces. 2/3's of that were large dense nugs, the rest were smaller, yet still dense nugs. Have alot of trim and popcorn buds from this for hash..
These could probably be harvested at 50-55 days, but I usually take mine out longer to 65-70 days to get more amber trics. Just need to watch out as the main colas are huge and dense and will mold.
When cured, it does not really smell that strong..it is much more subdued (could be me screwing up the curing process also). Taste wise there is a hint of hashy/fruity undertones, but nothing overpowering. Other reports Ive read said this is much more flavorful, so again it could be me screwing up the curing process..
The high tends to be somewhat heady...potency wise, Id give it around a 7. It is not one hit wonder weed, but a joint of this or 4-5 puffs off a pipe will leave you pretty stoned..
