FUCK!!!!!!! Anybody have any experience with cannabis for dogs?
Please do not chime in when you have not tried it .My dog loves it. he is still alive . And one tumer went away ..Just hope the big ones all on his insides are getting smaller to...PeaceI'm sorry to hear about your dog. What kind of dog is it. What type of cancer? Giving your dog cannabis is not a good idea.
I know another dog that is a lab who is getting the same treatment as mine and still doing good. The vet said my dog would not make a week. If you was to see my buddie now you would think he was a 2year old dog, so happy, tail wags none stop. and when i go to get my self a cookie the dog beats me to the cookie jar..When i am making the cana butter he will lay on floor next to crock pot till it is done...Use the canabutter and make oatmeal cookies ..easy on dose, give 1/4 cookie and see how he acts in hour..If you want pm me when you get a chanceShe's a 90lb labrador... the tumor is in her leg which unfortunately is common is large breeds. Chondrosarcoma is the type. I've known a couple of dogs that would come up to you while smoking and you could tell they wanted it & enjoyed it. My dog has no interest in it so I never have given her any. I can't stand the thought of her suffering... I'll do what's best for my White Buffalo. Thanks, SadieL
Thanks for the encouraging word. Sending positive vibes to you & your buddy. I've heard blowing a little in the ear is effective..... can't hurt to try.My dog was 5 all most 6 went in for operation and vet called me to say he did not want to wake him up and he was loaded with cancer...I am in tears as i write this. na you need to get a good steady dose to help them with pain and for the stuff to work on the cancer cellsThanks for the encouraging word. Sending positive vibes to you & your buddy. I've heard blowing a little in the ear is effective..... can't hurt to try.
Thanks again...... I'll have to contact you on that.I know another dog that is a lab who is getting the same treatment as mine and still doing good. The vet said my dog would not make a week. I was willing to try anything I could to help my best friend and so far so good... He has loaded real good where his eyes was in back of head and knocked the hell out.Few hours later he cames running up to me runs back to cookie jar and barked for more. This dog can now find buds anyplace , when i trim he helps so I will have to say it must be helping him a lot if he keeps looking for meds and doing a lot betterNot sure on the effects of cannabis for animals, but I would imagine the THC would remove pain for them like humans. I think it is a good idea. The vets usually recommend putting the animal down so it won't suffer. With cannabis you're dog can live without pain alot longer. Who knows, it may actually be treating the cancer. My belief is that cannabis is the cure for cancer. Just my opinion.
Well my little terrier mix climbs my cannabis plants like climbing a tree. He jumps like he's on springs trying to get to branches. He trimmed off all the branches he could reach by jumping. When he breaks off a branch he eats all the buds/fan leaves etc..... When he is done there is only a stripped stem. He eats small branches etc....My dog of 6 years was just diagnosed with cancer. FUCK!!!!!!! Anybody have any experience with cannabis for dogs?
My Bernese Mountain dog was diagnosed with ostegenic sarcoma. The tumor was large and shattered his front left shoulder so it had to be amputated by the vet told me it had probably already spread to her lungs and to watch for coughing and wheezing. He gave her basically no chance to live.My dog of 6 years was just diagnosed with cancer. FUCK!!!!!!! Anybody have any experience with cannabis for dogs?
You probably shouldn't talk about subjects and offer advice when you have no experience or knowledge.I'm sorry to hear about your dog. What kind of dog is it. What type of cancer? Giving your dog cannabis is not a good idea.
Ever tried giving an animal medicine? They don't usually want it. Yet they still need it.I feel that its use is OK as long as the animal WANTS it. I don't think people should force it on their pets. I hope your dog returns to a healthy state.
A vet will almost always tell you not to do it. And it has little to do with any knowledge they have on it and everything to do with covering their asses regarding an illegal substance and the liabilities involved.Well my little terrier mix climbs my cannabis plants like climbing a tree. He then hoovers everything in sight and then passes out for a few hours. Then he's back hunting for more. I'd take ohmy's advice about making some very dilute edibles that he could try. Also as his pain increases he may seek you out for cannabis. When you smoke or vape blow a little by his muzzle but not directly into his face.
Dog's are individuals too. So what works for one may be ineffective for another. So if you do give your dog an edible do not leave the dog alone for all the time he's under the effect. Also make sure you have addressed pain control with the vet. I'd also ask the vet about cannabis use for dogs. Why not?
I'm sorry about the diagnosis.

6 years later she's still alive and the vet and every vet who has ever met her are extremely amazed.
LOL! You calling people trolls? Look at both of your posts, Your dumb as fuck, its obvious that cannabis helps with cancer. They have had personal experiences, 2 people had the same experience! And you say they lie. AND there are articles that say its good for dogs too. Fucking retard.Nevermind! I just read some of your posts and you are as trollish as they come. No sense calling out your lies with scientific facts. Have fun with your miraculously long living apparently cancer free tripod!
