This might sound dumb but i dont know what Lst-ing means

Limited stress training. It means you gently bend plants over and tie them so that buds on the side get more light and produce larger colas. It can be almost like having a plant that grows horizontally instead of vertically.

LST = "low stress training"

Its a fancy internet term for something growers have been doing for centuries.

It just means bending the plants stems and/or tying down the tops to create a more even canopy to try and increase yields.
