250w hps temps

ok guys i got a temp question about the 250. i have a 150 http://www.bghydro.com/BGH/itemdesc.asp?ic=HLCSHPS015SS&eq=&Tp= and have no prob with heat so if anyone has used this 250 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0054TCCT4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&m=A3VZKFNMHAPZBO or one like it does it put off alot of heat or is it near the same? any info will be appreciated.

I don't have the exact numbers but any increase in heat can be controlled with increased ventilation. Whats your set up closet/cab?

i have a tent with two fans my temps with the 150 stay lower the 78f most of the time

He means uprated exhaust not particularly circulation fans and the likes.

I have a 250w HPS in a tiny grow room that I custom built for it, check out the link in my sig for more info. I have a 230m3/hour RUCK exhaust fan temps at a solid 20-25*C with 1 x 6" clip on fan for circulation and passive intake.

Also do a google for 250w hps club and help guide, great thread for 250'ers

an exhaust fan will do the job easy i run 1600 watts and keep temp 75-83 just with an 8"fan you could set up a 4 inch inline and it will do great. a passive intake will be fine just make sure its atleast 12 inch big

thanks man im looking into getting some exhaust fans. hey does that STL stand for anything?

I had a 4 inch inline fan with my old closet 250w setup and it worked just fine, I probably could have even used a fan controller to slow it down if I wanted.

ya i usually stay away from thread with the trolls haha im running the church and blueberry gum you can see em in my signature ill also be doin sum grapefruit krush and sweet deep grapefruit next. are you running anything right now?
