I *very* rarely do custom orders. There's other glass blowers that do. Custom work requires a level of skill that I dont have quite yet, within reason.

I think you may misunderstand, by a custom order I might mean a slide like the ones you already made and shown in this thread. Nothing out of the ordinary here haha.

Strangely, the color rainbow one sold last. The clear ones all went first. Clear oil rigs I have back in "stock" again, but they will be gone quick while stores order them for 4/20 right now. If you want to wait till the end of the week, I'll be working on inline oil rigs. They wont be fancy, or large, meant for concentrates or for travel flowers and predominantly clear while I work out the courage to make fully colored ones.

Sweet, I have been patiently waiting, and would have kept waiting another 7 weeks until my girls are done, for you to get rigs down. I believe in you! ​

How much would a dome just like that but replace the red color with Slyme cost me? Love that design!
First, my reply here is being totally serious. You want something expensive.
It'd cost me about 3 hours of time to make the dome because of the custom color scheme. It'd take me another week for Slyme to come in again (out of stock) and then I have to pull the color tubing for it (make all of it myself!), rip down a chunk for your dome and then construct it. If you *really* want that color, its yours for $90 delivered. This is about as custom as the orders get, too.

I was under the impression you had Slyme already, if that's not the case, I have no problem taking another color. Just let me know what colors you have man, I'm more than flexible I just want a piece of your work!
I also don't mind having a more traditional dome style for it, it doesn't have to be a teardrop, I just thought it looked interesting haha.

Its a color thats in and out of stock. Its the same amount of custom work to pull line tubing in specific colors. I've spent more time already thinking about your order than most orders I do in total.
Thats why I generally despise customs, I like to make what I like to make and crank it out. The price drops in half if you like something in colors you already see. All I have left in line tube made right now is White/Unobtanium, Black/Unobtanium, and rainbow/white.In general I pull line tube about once a week...

Yup, the line tube is already pulled for that color, so thats a "non custom" order.
Shaping is free! Domes are $45 delivered to Canada/USA/Mexico. I'd spiral-wigwag-wigwag-wigwag-spiral the tube, shape it like the other one, add a few unobtanium mibs to it, anneal it, then ship it the next day.No need to apologize, you didnt create any trouble at all. My wording sounds strong sometimes. I've gotten beat up in the past (a lot) for doing some custom orders and not others. I'm good at what I know but new stuff takes time.
I try to shoot down most custom requests before they get made. <G>

If you look at a marble, and compare to a Mib, its not quite a marble, its like part of one, so "mib".
Thats how I understand it anyhow, I'd guess theres a dozen different stories.......
