Hey I'm a first time grower and
my seedlings have the white head and I'm planning on putting them in soil today but the out door weather is chilly as of rite now so I'm looking for a good light source and all I have in my house is regular light bolbs 60 watt 120v could I use that to substitute for sub light for a day or 2 ? Please help

I would try and find a CFL bulb. It will save you more money to just buy one. Anything over 30 watts. Other than that, there isn't much else. Make sure the incandescent bulb isn't to close. Soil temps above 85 might cook the buggers.
