Seem to be growing slow

I planted these the 1 st of Apr in central Ca, are they where they should be as far as growth? We did have 1 week of rain and no sun so they just dont seem to be growing fast

I would think they are still devloping roots. They should spring up soon. They look healthy and happy to me! This week is a good time to start feeding them 1/4 strength nutrients and build up from then.

I would also bump one out and check the roots it is possible they grew roots fast and are root bound and ready for transplant. I am not a pro but thats what I would do. They look healthy so thats a great sign lol.

No reason to feed yet...you should always wait til you have 2 true nodes, so 4 full leaves before you give any nutes...just hang in there...I am sure they will get going...just don't feed them anything yet, and let them dry between waterings...
