Slight leaf discoloration

As far as marijuana cultivation goes, I've been around the block a few times. I'm tending to a small crop of plants right now, two White Widow and Three Master Kush, all of them 6 weeks old, their nodes are beginning to alternate and I already have some very potent looking pistils emanating from female preflowers, I'm ready to start flowering... its been an ideal grow, up until now. Yesterday I first noticed discoloration in some of the fan leaves, on three plants. Its most noticeable on the one featured in the picture I will attach below, it may look like a glare of light but upon close inspection it is in fact a yellow-greenish discoloration. As I said I've noticed it on three plants, so I'm assuming it must be an environmental problem, if it is a problem at all.

As far as logistics go, I germinated them from feminized seed, I've got them in 15 gallon pots (though I started them out in smaller planters) under a 1000w HPS light on a timer subscribed to a regiment of 18 hours on, 6 off; I'm using Miracle-Gro potting mix as my growth medium, my grow room is fairly spacious as far as my needs go in addition to being well ventilated by an electric fan, temperatures are invariably in the mid 70s Fahrenheit range, I've pruned some of the lower growth on all plants, I check the soil moisture with a moisture meter daily and water as the readings warrant, and I water with a helping of "Miracle grow All purpose plant food 24-8-16" as per the outlined dosage and at a rate of every 14 days.

Its that last specific that I'm thinking may have something to do with it, as, although correlation does not necessarily imply causation, I watered with those nutrients 2 days ago.

Any input as to whether or not this is indeed indicative a problem, and if so, how I would go about remedying it, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:

What was the question and why are you using Miracle Gro
have you got great success with it?
I'm asking if the discoloration, as pictured, is indicative of any health problem, and if so, how I would go about remedying it. I've always used nutrients, Miracle Gro is just what I have on hand. How advantageous it is I don't know, but I used the same box of nutrients at the same rate and prescription with my last two crops, I never had a problem in either grow, the plants grew large and potent and the end product was of exemplary quality.

Its clearly time to repot, it will green up about a week later. Use more perlite in the new pot.
