oh okyea dimmable is always a good idea, my 600w i have with open wing in a room around 75 runs at 119 degrees as a reference for a 600w

ive had 2 600w for the longest time, but i live in an apartment so i am not able to use them. i wish one was a dimmable and i run it at 50% but it isnt, thats why im lookng into a 400w dimmable, inductin lighting through inda grow or a 500w led pannel or another 2ft 4 bulb T5 & add that to my 8 bulb, but im waiting on money someone owes me s its straight t5s for now,

Got it. Ya never knew you had the 600w's. What about buying a 600w Dimmable Ballast and your good to go right? already got the bulb. And maybe a reflector

yea you could run it at 75% if you can handle the heat if not run it at 50% thats still 50 more watts than your 250 if you have some money to toy around with get an inline fan and a cooltube

yea ive had those 600w i like to grow outdoors mainly, but cant here, i was just trying new shit with the fluroscent lighting but once i move ill for sure get my setup going back again ive been cramped in this small apartment for 3 years now and im finally getting out in 2 months

Congrats man. Same thing with me. But I love indoor growing. New setup in 3-4 month will be a DR90 II, Inline fan/filter, 600w or 400w (dimmable). Plus some extra's, and will be running hydro. Can't Wait

Already have a cooltube but the damn thing is 31" long. Regular 6" Hydrofarm is only 19"

Id say you would be pushing it using a 600w(almost 1000w requirement) in a 4x4 FLOWERING area ........if you can handle the heat(big if)..i would get a 600w dimmable in a 3x3, youll be amazed at it's production capabilities at full strength(drop in a MH bulb for the last two weeks of flower) and your good to go! IMO:bigjoint:
