Need help asap please, seriously problems

ok i have a real amature grow and i just realised how bad until today. i just got my temperature/humidity measurer today (i know its late). as soon as i put it in, it showed a temperature of 36C (around 96/97F) and a humidity of 20% (fuck)

atm i'm using a closet with an MH lamp. was trying to keep this cheap but i think i'm harming the plant by doing so. the plant is about 18-23 inches away from the lamp. to increase humidty i have been putting trays of water into the closet. the plant is 17 days old but i've only had it under the MH lamp for about 6 days now, before had to result to natural sunlight.

will buy a fan tommorow but what can i use to increase the humidty. i can't really afford the humidifier as i am keeping this project on the low, dont think i have the space either. any cheap and homemade solutions?

i thought everything was going well up until now with the MH lamp as over the last few days its really been growing rather quickly, especially with the closet doors shut. i was leaving the doors open before as well as the window for fresh air to come in but found a faster growth when everything was shut. here as pics below over the last 2 days with the most recent coming from a few hours ago.

you can tell i'm a first time grower so any advice is helpful although please dont be too harsh, i understand now with seeing the conditions i've been foolish.

You'll learn from mistakes, god knows we all do... Having said that they look pretty good. I'm just trying cfl's for the first time and it's between great growth and complete crop failure, talk about a rollercoaster ride.......... still fun :0

ye, so right its fun gl with urs, going to add a cfl 2700k for blooming later maybe during flowering

You need to lower the temps before the plant dies. Most cannabis cannot live at 90 deg F for very long.

You've got to get those temperatures down. You really don't want to go above 85F - preferably down in the 70's. I wouldn't worry about the low humidity for now, you can easily just mist the leaves with water, but not while the lights are burning at that temperature. Spray them when the light is off.
