My opinion about avatars is that they're a reflection of a person's creativity and originality.
So (and again in my opinion), titties and such type avatars are not creative or original, they're everywhere (unless of course they're your own but I don't think my hairy man-boobs would impress too many people).
Bud pics for avatars aren't original, except in the sense that they may have come from your own plant (mine is a scan of a dried bud from one of my plants - I didn't say that on a public forum though). Bud pics are not very creative either.
Avatars taken from images found elsewhere are not very creative, but can be original in the context of this forum (if no-one else has snarfed the same pic from where you got yours). Well, they can be creative too, but only in the sense of "wow, that's cool, I might use it for my avatar because whoever made the image was really creative".
Self created graphics for avatars are original *and* creative. These are the ones that I always notice. But then, snarfed avatars and those created by the person can be hard to distinguish.
As Tommy Chong might say, "Mellow out people".

I hope everyone can settle now and forget about arguing. Go have a cone or four, you'll forget soon enough.
