Sims da smoker (Qboro)

This is day 9 of flower
every week.. Damn , that seems like a lot, I felt like my plants could handle more.. But I didn't know if I should push itI actually feed my plants every week you just gotta get the right mix and you flush plants 1 week.. you can just water with plain water and i also found out that when its time to harvest you should you should leave plants in dark for 24 hours.http://www.amsterdammarijuanaseedbank.com/Growguides/general-marijuana-info/drying-marijuana.html
Lol you can take the man out the hood but you can't take the out the man, we all do the same sh!t just in different ways. By the way you checked that site with the grow statistics?
That's all I want ... I would be pissed if I get 10 0z of b.s... I rather getIt's good to have realistic, attainable goals. Once you get experienced you can push the limits of your genetics but for now I would just be happy with some nice, aromatic smoke. It's all about quality, not quantity.
Flowering always starts when you switch to 12/12, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Unless you get an auto-flowering strain, that is the only exception.Or day 9 since 12/12.. However it goes, some people say flower begins at 12/12 .. Some say when plant begins to produce bud.. Watever
Cool.. Can't wait.. I wanna smoke these girls already lolFlowering always starts when you switch to 12/12, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Unless you get an auto-flowering strain, that is the only exception.
I respectfully disagree, but I always harvest by checking trichomes and pistol color so it doesn't really matter to me what a breeder says for harvest time because those are always under the perfect conditions and I don't think my conditions are always perfect.Sorry berkman i dont think your right on the flowering thing flowering starts when the stretch is over so about two weeks after the switch you can start counting the weeks as true flowering if you follow those breeder times i am sure that your clipping them down to early its a common mistake i have made a few times but always being patient and waiting till the buds look like there swelling and filled with seeds but really not is really the best way to tell if your plant is done it almost looks like you can just clip a bud off and smoke it. Sims keep up the work your plants should be transitioning and stretching when they get little heads your flower times started. so here are some pics just to show how simple i was talkin bout.Ok.. That's what I thought u meant.. I will prob do something similar.. Since I really have one good light (that cfl is b.s.) .. The hardest part tho I'd the creation of the box... Sounds simple, but I'm not the diy type of dude.. I can't fix or make shit.. I'm gonna just have to buy something .. I'll figure it out tho.. I really want a tent, but I don't want to spend a thousand dollars to make it operate.. So idk
Thats a good idea man i didnt think of that i might try it& I have REALLY Been considering auto-flowering strains as of late. I figure auto flowers are the easiest way to have a perpetual harvest. If I grow autos & regular strains at the same time the autos will flower before the others & AND I will be able to do this all under 1 light.
Sorry berkman i dont think your right on the flowering thing flowering starts when the stretch is over so about two weeks after the switch you can start counting the weeks as true flowering if you follow those breeder times i am sure that your clipping them down to early its a common mistake i have made a few times but always being patient and waiting till the buds look like there swelling and filled with seeds but really not is really the best way to tell if your plant is done it almost looks like you can just clip a bud off and smoke it. I will have to agree with this also because when you switch lights you start seeing pistils first and then you see small buds forming. I did lots of research and i found that flowering starts when you start seeing pistils and that makes sense because as soon as you switch lights there is no way the plant could start flowering that fast it is a process.Sorry berkman i dont think your right on the flowering thing flowering starts when the stretch is over so about two weeks after the switch you can start counting the weeks as true flowering if you follow those breeder times i am sure that your clipping them down to early its a common mistake i have made a few times but always being patient and waiting till the buds look like there swelling and filled with seeds but really not is really the best way to tell if your plant is done it almost looks like you can just clip a bud off and smoke it. it is a process. the first week is a transitional week. the stretch is technically when it starts its flower. thats when the plant realizes it needs to start budding. thats why it stretched to make space in between the nodes for the bud sites to have enough space. and just becus the plant isnt budding all big yet doesnt mean its not in flower... once u change the light cycle u r putting the plant into flower. it just takes a few days to realize what the hell is going on. its the same way if u put it back into veg. it takes the same if not longer to revert back to growing instead of budding. sometimes up to a month. and berkman is right. seed banks recommendation times for flower are from them having nearly perfect growing conditions. ie growing in a refrigerated area. multiple thousand watt lights. co2. blah blah blah the list goes on. things that u get with a 20,000+ dollar grow room. and its not meant to be exact. its meant to give u an approximation as to when ur plants are done. u should never cut them just becuz its been 8 weeks. u should get in really close to check the trics first before doing anything. and my plants have pistils before i put mine into flower. does that mean that its been flowering under 18/6? no it just simply means that the plant is mature. and if u let a plant fully mature. sometime as much as two months in veg u would notice that when u put the plant into flower the process is even faster becus its a mature plant already. it doesnt have to force maturity in that first week before the stretch becuz the light cycle changed like most people r used 2 becus its already a fully mature plant. ie it takes longer for me to flower the exact same strain if i put it into flower at one month of veg whereas it would take almost half a week if not more time off with a two month veg...I will have to agree with this also because when you switch lights you start seeing pistils first and then you see small buds forming. well said... but I am sure it will not convince anyone who thinks flowering starts "when they see pistols" because like you said, they are probably going into flower before the plant is sexually mature, mine showed pistols weeks before I put them into flower. Whatever Sims, just remember to harvest by trichomes and/or pistol color and you will be fine.it is a process. the first week is a transitional week. the stretch is technically when it starts its flower. thats when the plant realizes it needs to start budding. thats why it stretched to make space in between the nodes for the bud sites to have enough space. and just becus the plant isnt budding all big yet doesnt mean its not in flower... once u change the light cycle u r putting the plant into flower. it just takes a few days to realize what the hell is going on. its the same way if u put it back into veg. it takes the same if not longer to revert back to growing instead of budding. sometimes up to a month. and berkman is right. seed banks recommendation times for flower are from them having nearly perfect growing conditions. ie growing in a refrigerated area. multiple thousand watt lights. co2. blah blah blah the list goes on. things that u get with a 20,000+ dollar grow room. and its not meant to be exact. its meant to give u an approximation as to when ur plants are done. u should never cut them just becuz its been 8 weeks. u should get in really close to check the trics first before doing anything. and my plants have pistils before i put mine into flower. does that mean that its been flowering under 18/6? no it just simply means that the plant is mature. and if u let a plant fully mature. sometime as much as two months in veg u would notice that when u put the plant into flower the process is even faster becus its a mature plant already. it doesnt have to force maturity in that first week before the stretch becuz the light cycle changed like most people r used 2 becus its already a fully mature plant. ie it takes longer for me to flower the exact same strain if i put it into flower at one month of veg whereas it would take almost half a week if not more time off with a two month veg...
