I do three crops a year outdoors. I grow 10 at a time so I will give you expenses for 30. Soil ammendments 100.00, cfl bulbs for vegging 150.00. seeds 200.00. jiffy pucks 4.00, fertilizer 30.00. Misc 25.00. I already have my pots, fixtures, etc, and I replace cfl's as they die. That's a little over 20.00 per plant.

that is a crazy amount of money to spend on just a few plants isn't it? Well I guess if you grow those few plants to be absolute awesomeness then it is alright...

Are the alarms you use motion sensored with an invisible laser? Also, what kind of cameras do you use and how well do they work?

Thanks for the replies everyone. I made this thread and forgot about it for a couple days lol. How typical. Anyways I guess I should have put how much I spent last year. Last year I spent close to $100 on 9 plants. Ended up with only 4 females though. So $25 each plant if you count only the females.

Someone mentioned getting FFOF soil for $15. The place I bought it at was $21 each bag with tax. Am I getting ripped off or is the other guy getting a good deal? Also anyone know how many gallons of soil are in a bag of FFOF?

Hahaha my avatar is pointing at Semors avatar.

FF soil price depends on where you live.

I think its based in Oregon? Maybe thats Roots? IDK

but i think its generally cheaper on the west coast.

Also it seems to be cheaper in legal states cuz its a favorite for ganj growers
