Thanks for the props. I really want a headband but cannot seem to find a clone yet. My buddy just got a scraggly ass lookin 1st cut of a trainwreck and I am praying she makes it. He has incredible success with his bubble cloner so I have hope.Very impressed man, especially for 250w- subbed. Please do the headband and trainwreck next
I really want a SSH or Nevilles. My bro grew out a Nevilles haze cutting a few years back outdoors and I almost want to rub one out just thinking back to that smoke. It was that good.

Thanks for the sub man. Im using the grow box to dry and most of cure. Only way to limit the smell during drying for me. Plus I really want to find the right subjects for next grow. So I am going to hesitantly point to beginning of June for grow 2. Might be later with all this heavy indica I am smokin. Got some fierce couch-lock.
I'll be posting weight and smoke reports here in the meantime so stick around, glad to have you. Peace

I'm using the General Hydroponics Flora series with the GH liquid kool bloom sup. Ya that reflector is perfect for my little box and was the same price as a batwing.
The hempys have been super easy but I was way too aggressive with the nutes I think. I have some different plans for the next grow and will water more and feed less I think. I dont really know though as I will probably just be winging it like this grow. It's been fun and I learned alot but not nearly enough to say I am confident from here on out.

Well the purple in the leaves hasn't subsided, if anything it's gotten worse. They are just about ready to be harvested though, still a few clear trichs but they are changing quick.
I had a little nug of the blackjack come off when I was picking leaves so I trimmed it up and took a pic of it. I enlarged the pic and somehow lost the original pic so I only have the enlarged pic. I also lost the nug
... The bj has alot of purple in the bud, I cant wait to trim this shit up and I hope it keeps its purple color through drying.
Here is one of the last pic updates till the harvest pics. I think probably tue-fri next week is my harvest window.

Thanks man. It's getting real close. I was just looking back through the pics and it's crazy how fat the blackjack got over weeks 4-8. The shit is so dense and thick and has a real lemon smell to it. Lemon and...Caramel? Sounds weird but caramel is as close as I can come to describing it, real buttery sweet smelling.
The double dutch has also swelled up quite a bit but mainly in the last couple weeks I think. This bud smells like a fucking fruit basket, and you know everyone likes a fruit basket! Each one of the nugs on this plant is shaped like a christmas tree. This should be some pretty bud when I trim it up, all nice triangles everywhere.
I am getting anxious to chop, gonna keep a close eye on them but judging by trichs looks like mid-week to end-week will be harvest. That will put me at right around 9 weeks, and the bj says it finishes in around 8-10 weeks the double dutch 7-9 weeks. I couldnt find actual strawberry double dutch but did find the original double dutch so I am just going by that. The guy I got these clones from grows under 1000w and pulls them in 7 weeks and I dont think his blackjack fills in as well as it should. I am going to see if I can talk him into letting it go a week or two but he has a set rotation for his tables to keep his perpetual going.
Just got some fresh bud in today so I'm going to sample before I water tonight. In order from left to right is Permafrost, Super Skunk, Blueberry, Blue Cheese, and Kandy Kush. You wanna get high? YES Towelieee!

Ya man, thanks for the compliment. I originally thought around 20-25g each but I might revise to an ounce each slightly more. The blackjack is so dense it might suprise me. I am not sure, I was never good at eyeing shit out though.
Lookin forward to your sativa scrog I'll be stopping by your GJ and checkin you out.

I seen this when I was researching hempy and it looked interesting. I still ended up going with the all perlite but who knows I might try this at some point.
As far as topping its alot easier than you think. Find the apex tip of your plant and locate the growth shoots at the very top. It should have one large growth at the very top and two smaller growths on either side below the larger one. To top just cut below both the large and small growths. Today is chop day!!!!!! I am so happy with how well this grow went for me. Everything didn't go perfect, but all in all for a 1st grow it went pretty smooth. I cut the double dutch 1st and the amount of leaf on this plant was unreal. It took me a twice as long to trim the double dutch as it did to trim the blackjack.
For drying I have them hanging in a cardboard box, and have the box inside my grow box. Vent and exhaust are on, but I turned of the circulating fans. Will this work? I hope so, anyone have any suggestions please let em rip. I want to try and dry them as slow as possible. The temp is 68-72 and low to moderate humidity. The bud is really dense so I will move them around and there are holes in the side of the box, hope to prevent any mold this way. Humidity is not a problem so hope the mold stays away.
Lookin at the trimmed bud, I think maybe my original estimate is in line, about 20-25g each. Like I said I am really bad at eyeing this out so maybe I am lowballing this figure some. Take a look at the pics and let me know what you think. The tray the bud is in is a 13x9 brownie pan to give some perspective. I think the double dutch may be the overall winner in weight, looks like more bud but the blackjack is thicker. Both are pretty dense though.
