Week 4 of 12/12, one of two plants will not sex!

This is my 4th grow, I've never had a problem like this before... I'm doing 2 plants, one hash bomb and one bagseed. I vegged the Hash Bomb 6 weeks and the bagseed 4. The Hash Bomb looked like it was forming female preflowers in veg, but since flipping to 12/12 it hasn't made a single pistil. The bagseed has taken off, quite a few pistils and working on trichs right now. They're in a closet together, so if it was a light leak I think both would be affected... This is my second miserable attempt at Hash Bomb, the first one died on me mid flower. This gal certainly isn't dead, just not doing SHIT. Not vegging, not flowering, just kinda existing. Any idea what the cause could be? I'll try to get some decent pics. Any advice is greatly welcome, I'm getting desperate and I don't wanna lose this plant!

Intresting I can't really help as I haven't experienced this problem. What I can say is that don't totaly rule out light leaks. I once had 2 strains on the go and over the course of afew days, during which I was doing DIY in my wardrobe, I had some light leaks 1 strain was unaffected whisky the other suffers some very minor reveg so it would seem that differant strains have higher thresholds than others

I'll check it out again when I switch them back to dark, maybe I missed something tiny but I don't think so... Though this hash bomb strain DOES seem to be exceptionally finicky. I'm even considering sticking her in my bathroom and just not using it for 12 hours. Ugh! Definitely going the tent route next grow, just for peace of mind. Thanks for the suggestion, man, I'll go over that closet with a fine tooth comb in a bit. Here's hoping...

Hmm, seems like a damn fine idea. Can't hurt and ice is cheap as hell. Went crazy hard on my light blocking efforts, that bitch is pitch black for sure. My temps normally start out around 80 (lights go on at 7pm) then come down throughout the course of the night to mid 70's. Maybe if I toss some ice in there I can get it just a smidge lower so she gets her shit in gear. I'm sure it'll raise my humidity, but I think I can afford that since it's super low to begin with (about 20%). Thanks for the tips guys, I'm excited to have a couple things to try!

When I had this problem it was a light leak. Well actually it was a small ight on a surge protector in the room just messed with the plant right next to the small ass light. Hope you figure it out

Yeah, according to the website Hash Bomb is 80/20% Indica dominant. She sure doesn't look it, though, especially next to that chunky little bush. Idk, they came free with my order of Mazar seeds, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Probably sativa dominate plant...those bastards can take forever. Some have the old hemp traits and can just get huge. Learned that the other day.

And I hear ya on the surge protector thing. That was my first concern, so the light on that got a sock wrapped around it. Super ghetto, but pretty effective.

My bf and I were discussing the sativa look the other day. We've only done very obvious indicas in the past, we really don't know shit about the sativas. We were kinda discussing taking her out to a family member's farm, he does a couple outdoors on his land, maybe she would fit in better out there? All I have to offer is 400 watts, I don't know if that would be enough especially if she just keeps growing.

That hash bomb looks like a hemp plant. I've gotten a few seeds that I tried growing and turned into plants like that...they take for ever to flower and when they do there are very thin buds.

Yeah, it does have that kinda distinct ditch weed look to her. That's exactly what the last one did, took 14 weeks and ended up with like a half 8th lol. Any idea what the reason for this would be? I got my seeds off marijuana-seeds.nl my Mazar seeds have been 100% legit, but the Hash Bombs have been a joke. Maybe I'm just getting a bad pheno? It just doesn't seem right that my bagseeds are always SO much better than these fuckers. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody!

simple answer: the left one is sativa dominant. Sativa dominant tend to grow very slow so they need more time. You can tell by the leaf. When the leaf is thin and long its sativa dom. Another characteristic is its height. Tall, slender and whimpy looking can all describe the structure of a Sativa. The one on the first pic to the right(bagseed) is Indica dominant. You can tell by it having short fat leafs. They grow and mature faster.
